Basic question

Hi
Have downloaded the software Unbound for windows and installed.

It is resolving external links like cnn.com. Using nslookup of windows
command line.

However the locally installed WAMP server
library.vadada 192.168.0.25
is not resolving.

How to go about it. I’m not a technical person but the ownership lies with
me. Please help.
