[Dnssec-trigger] status of dnssec-trigger and NetworkManager in upstream and Fedora

I did some testing of the previous -5 build, on a local F20 machine. While it could resolve the public domains over ethernet, internal domains were still amiss.
 
    $ unbound-control list_forwards

did not show any output.

And over wi-fi, even internet domains could not be resolved. I'll continue testing with the latest build above.
