Hi Chris,

1.9.4 and 1.9.5 were back-to-back security releases.
1.9.4 has a fix for vulnerability CVE-2019-16866 and 1.9.5 has a fix for
vulnerability CVE-2019-18934.
You can also find that information at
https://www.nlnetlabs.nl/projects/unbound/download/.

For these the only addition to the previous versions was the diff with
the actual code changes. We didn't include Changelog entries because
these would not apply cleanly, or introduce conflicts when trying to
apply in different unbound versions.

The change log will be updated prior to the next release to also note
these changes.
