[net-dns-users] Net::DNS 1.40 Released

Dear all,

I am pleased to announce Net::DNS 1.40.

This release has

   - a fix for an infinite recursion bug when trying to resolve the
     address of a name server
   - a fix for a bug in the SOA RDATA parser which failed to allow an
     undefined serial number
   - support for SVCB dohpath and ohttp parameters
   - a more robust test of bgbusy() SpamAssassin workaround
   - and various other code-improvements.
