[ldns-users] _recursive and _igntc flags in ldns_struct_resolver

Hi there,

what are these flags good for? I guess that they are not in use, however 
ldns_resolver_print() function prints their uninitialized values. So will not be 
better to remove them from ldns_resolver_print() or initialize them by 
ldns_resolver_new()?
