[Dnssec-trigger] Installing dnssec-trigger on Windows

Just installed dnssec-trigger on a windows-7 machine with Avast as
anti-virus solution during the ICANN presentation.

Please note that Avast issues a whole set of errors when installing
dnssec-trigger.

To perform a succesful install you have to adapt the avast installation to
stop autosandboxing when the file prevalence / reputation is low.
