configure~ in the release tarbals..

Hi Michael,

1.24.1 and 1.24.2 have been security releases.
The fix for configure~ was added to the source tree right after 1.24.0.
So it will be there for the next feature release; the fix that is, which 
means that the configure~ file itself will not be there :)
