DoQ and OpenSSL+Quic library

Hi folks,
QUIC question, is the work done for DoQ going to continue after the decision to archive the OpenSSL+Quic?
I hope it does, but with that comes an additional question, will it be using this library still, the newer QuicTLS or wait for OpenSSL QUIC support?
