Question about Github Pull Request

Hello,

I don't know if it's the right place to ask this question.

I have suggested a modification of the Windows unbound installer script 
(Nullsoft Scriptable Install System - NSIS) to make it compatible with 
Winget (Microsoft package manager).

Changes are simple (add 3 lines).
This is my first contribution to an open source project.

My question is : should I wait longer for the change to be reviewed or 
did I miss a step on Github?
