Upgrading Unbound to Latest release in Ubuntu

Hello JAHANZAIB SYED

- update Ubuntu (brings you a newer, but not latest unbound version)
- build unbound from source yourself
- maybe someone else build newer unbound-version for your old Ubuntu as package
