recheck connection timeout setting?

hi,

when my internet "goes out"and then "comes back", unbound doesn't notice 
that the interface has a connection again right away. I'm not sure how 
long it's taking, but sometimes i have to restart unbound to have dns 
again. Is there a timeout setting in the config file i can adjust to 
decrease the time unbound waits to check?

I'm using libunbound 1.15.0 on openbsd 7.1
