Unbound 1.11.0rc1 pre-release

it's not installed by "make install", right?

Called as "unbound-dnstap-socket" without any option it simply exit 0 and give no usage guidance.
But called as "unbound-dnstap-socket -l -v -u /tmp/socket" I found it working somehow :-)

no relevant compile-time warnings so far...
