Unbound on Windows

Hi All.

Just downloaded the latest Unbound 1.13.0 (both x32 and x64).

I am going to use it as local DNS resolver.

However it doesn't work. I have tried to install it both on Windows 7 
Ultimate x64 and Windows 10 Pro x64 (both are clean installs) - in fact 
"nslookup www.google.com 127.0.0.1" that should work from the scratch 
(as official manual states) gives an error.

Deeper investigation in logs shows numerous errors like:

So what is going on and why I cannot obtain a working solution?
