Perl interface to Unbound

Hi all,

	I’m getting ready to do an initial release of a Perl interface to libunbound on CPAN. (I’m surprised there didn’t already appear to be one!)

	Would anyone care to peruse what I’ve got thus far to see if there are glaring omissions or problems? It’s a very simple interface:
