TLS 1.3 ? > Unbound 1.83 / FreeBSD 12.0 p2 / Cloudflare

According the the bottom of this page, they support TLS 1.3... I am not 
smart enough to know how to check if they really do tho :( Also is there 
any way I can verify what unbound is doing for TLS version for a lookup 
to verify ?
