Thanks to Chris and Daisuke for their support.

Switching from:

local-zone: "spam.com." redirect
local-data: "spam.com A 0.0.0.0"

to:

local-zone: "spam.com." always_nxdomain

worked like a charm.

Now I'm under 370Mb for 860518 uniq domains!
