Capitve portal unbound

Hi,

I was working with unbound to force all clients to resolve DNS on my
machine and whatever is not accepted it would be redirect to the localhost
webserver.
Until here everything is good, but when Android or iPhone connect to the
network, they dont get this popup to sign up, which they should redirect to
the "local webserver", there is any settings to force the showing of this
popup?
