[Unbound-users] Release of unbound 1.3.1

After installing this new version on a fully patched XP-SP3-eng, I got the following error.
Anyone else with this problem, and can I install it without extra steps to be taken?
(The previous 3.0 never aborted but seemed to get hung after some time)
