[RPKI] Routinator 0.13.2 ‘Existential Funk’ released

Hello!

We have just release Routinator version 0.13.2 ‘Existential Funk’.

This release is a security release that fixes an issue in the RTR
server which caused Routinator to exit if an incoming connection was
closed again too quickly. This issue only affects users that operate a
public RTR server. These users are encouraged to upgrade to version
0.13.2 at their earliest convenience.

We would like to thank Yohei Nishimura, Atsushi Enomoto, and Ruka
Miyachi of Internet Multifeed Co., Japan for discovering and
responsibly disclosing the vulnerability.
