[RPKI] Routinator 0.13 - 404 on web UI (freebsd port)

Migrated from routinator 0.12 to 0.13 via FreeBSD port...

All seems ok and service is up but when attempting to access the webUI 
now we just get a 404. Tried root anchor "/" and "/ui" and still get a 
404 for the normal web interface.


HTTP socket is listening and accessing "/status" works and give us 
expected output..

Anything accessing the  pre 0.13 UI seems to just give a 404.

any ideas?
