[RPKI] routinator

Hello Alex,

We have updated our RPKI server on the web version it not reporting the correct version whereas on the terminal I can see the correct version. 

Below is what we are seeing. 

On the web portal it says like this

© 2022 Stichting NLnet Labs - Version routinator/0.11.0 - ui/0.3.4.

[rpkiadmin at rpki-qts ~]$ routinator -V
Routinator 0.11.3

Please let me know if logs or more details are required to go through, I am sure which one to provide.
