[RPKI] RTRTR 0.2.2-rc1 released

Hi!

We have just published the first release candidate for the upcoming
version 0.2.2 of RTRTR.

This release fixes two bugs that were introduced in the 0.2 series.

The more severe of those is that RTRTR starts introducing duplicate
records in the output, both RTR and JSON over time, causing routers to
reject the data.

Second, the content of the prefix field in JSON output contained the
prefix length twice.

If you want to test this release candidate, you can install it via
cargo by running

   cargo install -f --version 0.2.2-rc1 --locked rtrtr

Binary packages are available via the -proposed ‘distributions.’
