[RPKI] Krill bug fix release - for users who run their own repository

Dear list,
Well.. that's embarrassing. As it turns out the code to determine the age of the snapshot files was not safe on certain platforms.
So, we just released Krill 0.6.2 'That was even faster!' to fix this issue.
If you just upgraded to 0.6.1 and see messages like: "Creation time is not available on this platform currently" in your logs, please upgrade again!
