[RPKI] Routinator 0.6.4 ‘Jeepers’ released

Dear mailing list,

already Friday we released Routinator 0.6.4 ’Jeepers’ with an important
fix for an issue in 0.6.3 that caused it to get stuck entirely on
occasion.

Because of this, we suggest to not use version 0.6.3. Older versions
are not affected by this issue.
