[nsd-users] Release candidate for Net::DNS 1.33

Dear all,

We have a candidate for the upcoming 1.33 release of Net::DNS.

This release has accumulated code improvements, a few documentation
error fixes and a single lone bugfix.

This release also adds the single small feature of exposing the protocol
in the Nameserver $conn structure so it is available in ReplyHandlers.

Please review the candidate carefully. If no issues arise, the actual
releases will follow Thursday the 16th of December 2021.
