No, there is no howto for new RRtypes. Perhaps because it is too
simple (if you don't do special processing RRtypes).

Looking at the TLSA commit: edited dns.{c,h}, zparser.y and
documentation. So yeah, that's all:)

The code should be the same for 3 and 4.
