NSD 3: updates stop after one week

That is a feature that has been requested before (see bugzilla), but we
haven't got to it yet. You can enable debug output by ./configure
- --enable-checking ; and starting nsd with -L 2 (or some value).

Please note another user complained debug output can be excessive.
