BIND2NSD ?

I think not. It would be difficult to write, too.

If you'ure using BIND the way I am (just serving zones nonrecursively), 
changing is easy peasy. Read the nsd man pages, write the config file 
and (here comes the difficult bit) learn to type nsdc instead of ndc. 
The first two took me a few minutes, I'm still struggling with the 
latter.

If you're using BIND's many bells and whistles, life may not be so easy.
