nightly builds

Hello,

We have started to generate nightly builds of NSD. These
can be found at:
http://www.nlnetlabs.nl/nsd/nightly/

However, we want to limit the amount of unsupported NSD code
out there. So the site is protected with a .htaccess. If you
want to download a nightly build of NSD just ask us the 
username and password.
