Dear all,

I am pleased to announce the 1.53 release of Net::DNS.

This release has (besides minor code improvements and a bugfix), the
DELEG <https://www.net-dns.org/docs/Net/DNS/RR/DELEG.html> package
updated to match the current draft: draft-ietf-deleg-02
<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-deleg/02/>

Since the changes impact only DELEG (and SVCB), and regression testing
showed no new issues, we considered it safe to do an immediate release
without a candidate.
