[net-dns-users] Release candidate for Net::DNS 1.46

Dear all,

We have a candidate for the upcoming 1.46 release of Net::DNS.

This candidate has updated IANA DNS Parameters and general code 
improvements with respect to Packet IDs administration and Resolver 
class organization.


Please review the candidate carefully. If no issues arise, the actual 
releases will follow Monday the 19th of August 2024.
