[net-dns-users] Release candidate for Net::DNS 1.45

Dear all,

We have a candidate for the upcoming 1.45 release of Net::DNS.

This candidate has

   - Updated IANA DNS Parameters, DNSSEC Algorithm Numbers and DS Digest
     Algorithms registry (to include SM, see 
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-cuiling-dnsop-sm2-alg/)

   - Support for EDNS “Compact Answers OK” (CO) flag, part of
 
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-dnsop-compact-denial-of-existence/ 
and

   - A fix for some OS specific portions of Net::DNS::Resolver to not
     create a $ENV{PATH} key if one didn’t exist (see RT#152756)

Please review the candidate carefully. If no issues arise, the actual 
releases will follow Wednesday the 1st of May 2024.
