[net-dns-users] Release candidate for Net::DNS 1.36

Dear all,

We have a candidate for the upcoming 1.37 release of Net::DNS.

This release has a fix involving a case sensitivity issue with AXFR, and 
multiple other improvements among which links to relevant RFCs in 
package documentation.

Please review the candidate carefully. If no issues arise, the actual 
releases will follow Monday the 13th of March 2023.
