[net-dns-users] Fast-track release candidate for Net::DNS 1.27

Dear all,

We have a candidate for the upcoming 1.27 release of Net::DNS with a
single bugfix, fixing erroneously stripping non default values from
Net::DNS::RR::LOC string representation.

This is a fast-track release, because of the minimal changes, and also
to try to make it for the Fedora 33 release

Please review the candidate carefully. If no issues arise, the actual
releases will follow Friday the 11th of September 2020.
