[net-dns-users] Release candidate for Net::DNS 1.22

Dear all,

We have a candidate for the upcoming 1.22 release of Net::DNS, with:

  * Rudimentary decode and print for DSO packet

  * Bugfix in parsing semicolons


Please review the candidate carefully. If no issues arise, the actual
releases will follow Thursday the 13th of February 2020.
