[net-dns-users] Net::DNS 1.21 released

Dear all,

We are pleased to announce Net::DNS version 1.21.

This release has:

  * NSEC’s API updated with match(), encloser(), nextcloser() and
    wildcard() analogous to those methods in the NSEC3 package

  * Added ZONEMD package

  * Removed deprecated DLV package

  * Bugfix in recursion and background TCP query logic

  * A few more warnings for deprecated functions (emitted only once)

  * Updated IANA Parameters

  * Overall improvements in codebase and test scripts
