[net-dns-users] Net::DNS 1.10 Released

Dear all,

We have a new bugfix release version 1.10 of Net::DNS.

In this release a multitude of bugs with resolving on Cygwin and MSWin32
environments have been fixed. Also support for systems with the EBCDIC
character encoding has been updated.

This implementation also introduces a first implementation of resolving
on the IBM OS/390.
