[net-dns-users] ECDSA support

Geoff Huston gave a talk at the DNS-OARC workshop that increased attention
on ECC-based DNSSEC.  I have a number of tools that use Net::DNS::SEC and
these tools currently cannot validate DNSSEC algorithms 13 and 14 (as far
as I can tell).

I see https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=85031 was filed some
time ago.

I'm wondering if any of the Net::DNS::SEC developers have been thinking
about ECDSA support, or could provide pointers for us on how to begin
implementing it?
