[net-dns-users] DS with Digest::GOST, patch proposal

I'd like to see support for GOST DS records as well.  I submitted a bug/patch a few
weeks ago (https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=81289), but its a little
out of date now.  I'll attach my current patch below, which also:

  - Makes Digest::GOST optional
  - Fixes what I think was a problem with Digest::BubbleBabble being optional
  - Adds SHA384 DS records
