[ldns-users] ldns-1.6.17: minor build cosmetics

Thanks Andreas,

The lintian and unused rcode issues were already dealt with on the
development branch.  But the spelling and hyphen fixes are most welcome
and just in time.

I'll see what I can do about bare hyphen's extracted from the source.
Maybe nothing yet for the upcoming release.
