[ldns-users] another set of pyldns patches

Hello Wouter and Willem,

I'm sending additional set of pyldns pathes. Actually I sent a similar
set of patches to Wouter in the end of June. Due to some reason he has
not applied them. Never mind, here there are again.

0001) Sets contrib/python/examples/test_rr.py to be executable.
0002) Fixes some test which I am using to check basic functionality of
PyLDNS.
0003) Adds an explicit type check in ldns_rdf.reverse() in order to
prevent irrecoverable assertion failures.

I've tested the changes in Python 2.7 and 3.2 and everything works well.
