HI Paul and Chris, I have setup pyldns 1.6.10 on a virtualbox with
CentOS 6.0 and unfortunately cannot reproduce the error.
With me the program answers within 3 to 8 seconds.

I'm not really sure how to tackle the issue. Maybe with a ``ltrace -r
python test-ldns.py''? Or running it in gdb?
