[ldns-users] adding (partial) Python3 support

Patrik,

you need to run:

aclocal
autoheader
libtoolize -i
autoconf # I think autoconf needs to be the last one

This works on a clean tree. If your tree is dirty, try adding '-f' to
all except aclocal.
