[ldns-users] Wrong parsing of /etc/resolv.conf

Hi,

when resolv.conf contains resolver IPv6 link-local address with zone, 
ldns_resolver_new_frm_file() function cannot parse it and fails on "Syntax 
error, could not parse the RR".

My resolv.conf looks like this:
nameserver fe80::222:19ff:fe31:4222%eth0
