[ldns-users] _recursive and _igntc flags in ldns_struct_resolver

Thanks Matthijs, btw some items in ldns_resolver_print() are duplicated (e.g. 
ldns_resolver_ip6(), ldns_resolver_usevc(), ldns_resolver_igntc()).
