[Dnssec-trigger] Fixes and enhancements for dnssec-trigger-script

Hi.

As we are moving towards unbound + dnssec-trigger as a default DNS resolver in Fedora,
there are many issues that popped up. I'm sending a bunch of patches for dnssec-trigger-script
that are solving at least the most regular ones.
