[Dnssec-trigger] dnssec-trigger-script patches

Hi,

I'm sending two patches for dnssec-trigger. The former adds support to
distinguish secure and insecure zones, while the latter flushes the
unbound cache on DNS server list changes. Especially the latter isn't
perfect but I believe it should be applied now as is and improved
later.
