[Dnssec-trigger] [PATCH] modifications of the new python dispatcher hook

Hi.

I'm sending you a patch for the recent new Python NM dispatcher hook.
It mostly incorporates improvements based on discussion with Paul Wouters
and a recent fix in NM (getting of IPv6 nameservers). It also adds a sample
dnssec.conf configuration file that the new hook can read.

Note that the current default configuration of the hook is PARANOID. This
means that forward zones are validated by default and domains provided by
WIFI connections are not configured as forward zones.
