[Dnssec-trigger] [PATCH] Fix some issues in fedora/ and contrib/ files

Hello.

After some more testing we discovered couple of issues
with the new python script and with the "resolv.conf
backup/restore" script. I'm sending patches for those.

I'm also sending the latest systemd service files version
we use in Fedora 20+ (as patches).
