if I have in the Unbound service.conf different Forward DNS DoT Server how

forward-tls-upstream: yes

forward-addr: 94.140.14.14@853#dns.adguard-dns.com

forward-addr: 9.9.9.9@853#dns.quad9.net

forward.addr: ....

Does Unbound tests which is the fastest and uses this or uses the Server

in order of the entries or random?

Can I affect this?
